Minutes
of Meeting
Present:
Ms. Iverson, Ms. Webber and Messrs. Bass, Breiten,
Goodwin, Kitchen, and Lord
We discussed the Town
Comprehensive Plan project with representatives of the LA Group, Saratoga
Associates, and Comprehensive Planning & Environmental Associates.
After each interview, we
heard reports on the references previously obtained and reviewed our reactions
to the presentation. Based on the
interviews, references and the written proposals, we decided to recommend
Comprehensive Planning & Environmental
Associates as
our first choice.
Chairman Breiten
will call CP&EA to determine if their current workload allows full
attention to our project and if their back-up staffing for the project leader
is adequate.
If he is satisfied on both
points, he will take our recommendation to the Town Board at its October 12
meeting.
