COMPREHENSIVE
PLANNING COMMITTEE
Minutes of Meeting
Present:
Ms. Iverson Ms. Webber and Messrs. Bass, Breiten,
Goodwin, Hoskins, Kitchen, and Lord
Chairman Breiten asked for each
member’s rating of the five consulting firms’ proposals to develop the
Comprehensive Plan. After discussion, we arrived at the following three
finalists:
1. The
LA Group
2.
3. Comprehensive
Planning & Environmental Associates
We will ask representatives of these firms to meet with us
this Friday for interviews. We also
discussed questions to ask the consultants, and three members agreed to call
the firms references before Friday’s meeting.
