A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Otsego was held on the 16th day of June, 2008 at the Town Building, Fly Creek, and NY at 7:00 PM.

Town Board Members present were:
Thomas Breiten                        Chairman
John Schallert                        Councilperson
Bill Michaels                        Councilperson

Others Present:
Martin Tillapaugh            Town Attorney

Chairman Breiten called the meeting to order.

Attorney Tillapaugh presented the “ORDER” needed to establish a Sewer District. The “ORDER” which was reviewed by the Board, described the boundaries, improvements, expenditures, financials, estimated hookup costs and estimated yearly maintenance fees.  

MOTION by Councilperson Michaels, seconded by Councilperson Schallert, to adopt the ‘ORDER” as presented by Town Attorney Tillapaugh.

MOTION CARRIED:  Chairman Breiten and all Councilpersons voted aye.

MOTION by Councilperson Michaels to adjourn.

MOTION CARRIED:  Chairman Breiten and all Councilpersons voted aye.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:40 AM.
