A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Otsego was held on April 28, 2006 at the Town Office Building, Fly Creek, NY at 9:00 AM.

MOTION by Councilman Schallert, seconded by Councilman Burch, to go into Executive Session with the CSEA representative and Town Highway Employee’s.

MOTION CARRIED: Chairman Breiten and all Councilmen voted aye.

At 10:15 AM the Town Board respectfully asked the CSEA Representatives and Town Highway Employees to leave the Executive Session so they could discuss the contract confidentially.

Meeting was adjourned at 10:46 AM.
