A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Otsego was held on January 17^th, 2008 at the Town Building in Fly Creek, NY at 7:00PM.

Chairman Breiten called the meeting to order.

The Board discussed minor changes to the proposed Comprehensive Plan. Some of he changes discussed were as follow:

• Change the order in the Table of Contents to read:

1. Vision Statement

2. Goals

3. Recommended Strategies to Implement Goals

4. Introduction

5. Determining Current Conditions and Issues

6. Map and Resources

• Pg 13 #5 change the word “provides” to “promote”.

• Need to define “view shed”.

• Pg 14 – eliminate #10 because it is the same as #3

• Pg 16 # 33 will now read – Consider additional limited number of permitted uses n the General Business District.

• Pg. 16 – eliminate #31.

Councilperson Geddes-Atwell volunteered to make the necessary changes to the proposed plan and E-mail all Board members a copy of the revised proposed plan on a PDF file.

A Public Hearing was scheduled for February 13^th at 7:00PM.

MOTION by Councilperson Kiernan to adjourn.

MOTION CARRIED: Chairman Breiten and all Councilpersons voted aye.
